About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sitecore Developer – Senior Engineer to join our digital team and lead the design and development of enterprise-level web solutions using the Sitecore Experience Platform. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-performance, secure, and scalable digital experiences while collaborating closely with UX designers, front-end developers, and business stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who is technically hands-on, passionate about clean architecture, and experienced in the full Sitecore development lifecycle—from planning and development to deployment and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites and web applications using Sitecore (.NET-based CMS)
- Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable Sitecore solutions
- Implement and extend Sitecore features including SXA, EXM, personalization, and workflows
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and front-end developers to deliver integrated experiences
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and SEO in Sitecore applications
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and secure coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and development environments
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and release management
- Support integrations with third-party APIs, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with 3+ years working specifically with Sitecore
- Strong knowledge of Sitecore 9.x/10.x, Helix architecture, and Sitecore MVC
- Experience with Sitecore Experience Editor, SXA, and Content Hub
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with deployment tools and pipelines (Azure DevOps, CI/CD)
- Experience working with SQL Server and Sitecore xDB
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration

- Sitecore Developer Certification
- Experience with Azure PaaS, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of personalization, analytics, and marketing features within Sitecore
- Exposure to headless CMS implementations and Sitecore JSS
- Experience integrating with Salesforce, Dynamics, or other CRM tools
