About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sitecore Developer – Principal Engineer to lead architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-level Sitecore solutions. You will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices, and oversee complex integrations and scalability challenges while mentoring senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable Sitecore solutions following Helix principles
- Lead complex integrations with CRM, marketing, and analytics platforms
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
- Define and enforce development standards and deployment pipelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals
- Lead Sitecore upgrades, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
- Stay up-to-date with Sitecore product updates and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years in .NET development, with 5+ years dedicated to Sitecore
- Expertise with Sitecore XP, SXA, EXM, xDB, and Helix architecture
- Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience with Azure PaaS and DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Proven leadership in large-scale Sitecore implementations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have attributes
- Sitecore Certified Architect or Developer
- Experience with headless Sitecore (JSS, XM Cloud)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization
