About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Sitecore Developer – Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital experiences using the Sitecore Experience Platform. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural oversight, guiding a team of developers and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver modern, scalable, and high-performance solutions. As a technical lead, you’ll be instrumental in driving Sitecore best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth integration across content, marketing, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Sitecore-based web applications and digital platforms
- Drive the implementation of best practices in Sitecore development, including Helix architecture and SXA
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for a team of Sitecore developers
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, marketers, and QA teams to deliver integrated digital solutions
- Oversee deployment processes, version control, and release management (CI/CD pipelines)
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance, reliability, and security across environments
- Define and enforce standards for Sitecore configurations, workflows, templates, and content structures
- Stay updated on Sitecore roadmap, upgrades, and new features (e.g., Content Hub, JSS, Headless CMS)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in .NET development with 4+ years in Sitecore development
- Expertise in Sitecore 9.x/10.x, including SXA, EXM, Sitecore XP, and xDB
- Strong command of C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience with Sitecore architecture (Helix, Habitat), modular development, and personalization
- Familiarity with Azure PaaS, DevOps pipelines, and headless architecture (Sitecore JSS or XM Cloud)
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise projects
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills
Nice to Have attributes
- Sitecore Certified Developer or Architect
- Experience integrating with CRMs, CDPs, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exposure to GraphQL, React/Vue for headless implementations
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance optimization
