About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions across business functions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, architect RPA workflows, and ensure scalable and secure implementation using leading RPA platforms.
This is a hands-on role with technical leadership responsibilities, requiring deep expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and the ability to drive process optimization through automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and feasibility
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define process flows
- Maintain RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and performance
- Implement best practices for bot lifecycle management, exception handling, and logging
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards
- Mentor junior RPA developers and support knowledge sharing across teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in RPA implementation
- Hands-on experience with at least one leading RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
- Strong understanding of process design, orchestration, and business logic modeling
- Proficiency in scripting languages (VBScript, Python, or PowerShell)
- Familiarity with databases (SQL), APIs, and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Nice to Have attributes
- UiPath Advanced Developer or equivalent RPA certification
- Experience in deploying RPA solutions in cloud or hybrid environments
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations or intelligent automation platforms
- Experience in Agile or DevOps delivery models
