About the Role
We’re looking for a QA/Test Lead or Test Architect to lead and design robust testing strategies across complex applications. This role involves driving end-to-end QA processes, leading teams, and setting up test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks
- Lead a QA team, provide mentorship, and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with product and development teams to align testing efforts
- Design test architecture for scalability and performance
- Conduct code reviews, manage tools, and oversee defect management lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years in QA/testing with at least 2 years in a lead role
- Strong experience with automation (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiar with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
- Experience in performance and security testing is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have attributes
- Experience with cloud-based performance testing (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of performance tuning for web and database servers.
- ISTQB Advanced Level – Performance Testing certification.
