About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate is experienced in streamlining development workflows, improving deployment reliability, and implementing best-in-class DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Monitor and maintain production systems for performance and reliability
- Collaborate with developers and QA to optimize build and deployment processes
- Implement security and compliance best practices across environments
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis across the stack
- Drive DevOps culture and mentor junior engineers on tools and practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps or related experience
- Proficient with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have attributes
- Experience with cloud-based performance testing (AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of performance tuning for web and database servers.
- ISTQB Advanced Level – Performance Testing certification.
