About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Tester to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks and strategies to ensure the highest quality software delivery across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other testers to understand requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Maintain CI/CD integration of test automation frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test script issues and identify defects early in the development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior testers and promote best practices in test automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
- Proficient in tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
- Familiarity with BDD/TDD frameworks such as Cucumber, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Nice to Have attributes
- Experience in cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
